SHIPPING POLICY

All orders, if in stock, are fulfilled and shipped within 24-48 business hours from when the order was placed. Our distribution center's business hours are from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday. All packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS with no markings or any labels indicative of their contents. Your privacy and satisfaction are our number one priority. Please feel free to contact us if you ever have any concerns regarding your order or specific shipping requirements. 

For Standard (US) deliveries, allow 4-8 business days (location dependent).

For Expedited (US) deliveries, allow 1-5 business days (location dependent).

For Canadian orders allow 7-14 business days.

For worldwide shipments, please allow 14-21 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES

All international orders ship via UPS. Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the customer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer; Cali Crusher has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Return shipping fees for international orders must be fulfilled by the customer. 

*Refused international shipments are abandoned after 30 days as per UPS policy. To receive a refund for a refused international order, the shipment must be returned to Cali Crusher. The recipient is responsible for these return shipping fees.  

✶✶ SHIPMENTS TO CANADA ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES ✶✶ The Canadian government determines this cost based on product value. You WILL be asked to pay additional fees to receive your order.
